Dog-gone it......

hey y'all. let me just tell you that the weather here is awesome! like it's so hot and humid no humans even come outside. us animals have it all to ourselves. the only problem is.. when my mom is home she stays INSIDE. i think because she is HOT outside. 

yes. that means i am inside too. i get the whole baby talk all the time but i don't get keeping me inside. 

help me people.  i need fresh air! i need fresh lizards in my mouth. oh speaking of lizards, my mom always fusses as me because i am "killing" them.  i am a dog mom. so here are some pictures of me being delirious inside.

People watching 101

I see a lizard! I know. I've been busy and my mom is always taking pictures of me! I just wanted to show you what I do in the mornings! It's fun to people watch! Oh, and lizard watch!

Martha Stewart Countdown #3 HOMEMADE DOG TAG

Hi my little Jaderbugs.  I had the best weekend ever! How was yours? I can't lie, it was kinda emotional thinking about 9-11...It still seems surreal to me and I can about imagine how people realllly effected were this weekend. It's just sad. But yesterday the world prayed together and seeing that all over was totally awesome!  I have been working on alot of things JUST FOR YOU and lemme tell you that they are FUNNNN!  I have some giveaways that will be happening this week and I will be featuring 10 wonderful blogs!!! I am so super dooper excited!!! I sure hope you are too!!!

Today's craft was supposed to be THIS however I could not find "shrinky dinks" for the life of me! So I improvised!!! Sorry Martha! Hope your not mad :)

p.s. all you will need is a hole puncher, scissors, self laminating pouches, and a key ring. 

p.s. i just printed out some plain jane circles ((and I enclosed them at the bottom of the blog for you)) and I wrote my dog's name and stuff on it. 

p.s. after you print them out you want to cut the circles out! 

p.s. you want to follow the directions of the laminating pouches before you do this! sometimes these babies can get crazy! 

p.s. after you laminate it, you will put a hole anywhere you want on the tag! and i just used an old key ring i had! 

p.s. ceaux ceaux is totally spoiled rotten. i swear, i said... ok now sit still so momma can take a picture of you. and she didn't move. well besides the occasional fluttering of the eyes and slight head movements. i swear she knows what the camera is when i take it out. and people used to think she was just a normal ole dog. 

these are the circles I used for this project. you can drag them to your desktop or just save them to it and use them. so fun huh!!!

what thu whatttttt

yeah. it's me. ceaux ceaux. i wanted to show you some pictures from my awesome weekend!!! how was yours? i totally bummed because i wanted to go riding bikes but my mom didn't take me.  it's ok. i caught 4 lizards on saturday and left them in a pile for my mom to see. she was like " ewwwwwwww why would you do that coaxxxxxey baby gurlll"... and i just looked at her like she was stupid. oh and then i heard her talking the other day and she was telling someone " i wonder what ceaux ceaux would sound like if she could talk"... really mom....

ok. 

im kinda tired.

Pet Parenting!!!

Ya know... us pets like to feel a part of things too....

pet owners always get to go to all these cool and fun places but not us animals. we get stuck at home "alone" or with "dog sitters"... 

please read everything i am writing {{roof}} because you might run across something that could make you and your pet alot closer! 

(and i know they will appreciate it)

1.DOG PARK DAYS: 

take us to the dog park.  it's a great activity for young children and it's super fun for us!  taking turns walking and playing fetch teaches responsibility and promotes awesome activity!!!

2.  OUTSIDE EATERIES:

pets, warm weather, and outdoor seating are the recipe for an excellent dining experience....just make sure you call ahead because some places don't allow "us" humans.. {{teeeheheheh}} roof roof

3.  PROMOTE RESCUE:

hey, just donate some time, supplies or just go and visit your local animal shelter! bring your kids with you because it will educate them on animal welfare!!!! 

(plus they get lonely in those cages all day)

4.  RUB A DUB DUBBBB:

i know you love bath time.. so do we!!!! i know sometimes we can get messy and wilddddd but it is a great family activity!! teaching your kids to bathe your pet promotes cleanliness and we love it!!! 

p.s. when we shake and wet everything.. it's like our way of thanking you... 

plus it dries.... were harmless i tell ya.. 

5.  BRING ME TO THE VET!!!:

next time you "have" to bring me to the vet bring along the kids!!! they can learn about pet health andddd they can meet other pets in the lobby!!! 

who knows, it might inspire them to become the next greatest vet to walk the planet of the earth!!

i hope you all learned a couple of "dog" facts! now go out and save the world!
